  As part of Group PMO in South Africa I am a project manager overseeing a variety of IT related projects. Examples include EDI migrations, Call Centre System standardization and improvement of order tracking solutions.There is a big drive to standardize and improve IT infrastructure and systems across the company.DSV is the fifth largest logistics company in the world with a presence in 80 countries. Utilizing the PRINCE 2 Methodology as adapted by DSV I am responsible to start up projects, manage execution through to close out with regular updates to the respective project boards. Regular assignments include board meetings, highlight reports, team meetings and managing risks and exceptions on time and cost.DSV is a global organization and I regularly interact with stakeholders from Denmark, Poland, USA, South Africa, Kenia and Belgium to name a few places. As part of my assignments, I have to travel to headquarters in Denmark occasionally for workshops and to meet up with team members and senior stakeholders. Show less
