  As part of the company's Learning & Development team, I partner with the Resort Operations training managers and stakeholders to create, design and deliver training modules to all Resort Ops employees worldwide via in-person, self-paced, or instructor-led training modalities. Programs are developed using ADDIE methodologies and utilizing Articulate 360 and Adobe products for all learning assets. Daily work includes curriculum writing, design and development, script writing, creating and editing video and audio assets, and narrating, recording, and editing training scripts. Additional tasks include English-to-Spanish translations, project management, client relations, Train the Trainer, and peer reviews, particularly in consulting aesthetic and content improvement as needed.
