      In my role, I collaborate with different stakeholders to gather business and user requirements as well as functional and non-functional requirements. These requirements are analysed to identify the gaps that can be hinderance to the deliverables. Work with stakeholders to establish milestones and create JIRA epics foreach milestone. Create user stories for the project requirements with details on tasks, dependencies, risks, assumptions and acceptance criteria. I will facilitate inbacklog grooming session with the development team. Based on the developers estimates ,prepare project schedule and document the RAID items that can jeopardise the deliverables. Update the stakeholders on the progress of the project by conducting weekly PWG meetings to update the users and also discuss outstanding issues and new RAID items.
