Led a 205 person organization responsible for the capital improvement planning, design management, construction contracting, environmental conservation and remediation, real estate services, and asset management in support of seven Marine Corp’s bases. Responsible for the contract development, award, and execution of the Marine Corp’s “Grow the Force” program which averaged $1.0B per year for FY09-FY12.
