  As Logistics Manager, I manage the logistics operations for the Silver Fox Program. The Silver Fox program is an unmanned aircraft utilized by the government/military for undetected surveillance at various military locations in theater. Logistics management responsibilities include supporting, monitoring, and sustaining 20 aircraft in multiple locations at all times. Adjustments to warehouse stocks, manufacturing schedules, parts allocation, and shipping demands are made daily to meet customers’ needs and requirements. Develop cradle to grave logistics processes and reduce warehouse and manufacturing costs. Integrate logistics and manufacturing schedules to create a single cohesive process. Also, coordinate with flight crews to fulfill equipment and parts requirements to sustain normal operations in theater. Logistically responsible for parts receiving, warehouse operations, shipments to and from overseas locations, monitoring repair/manufacturing production, and managing spares attrition rates. Participate in weekly conference updates with government agencies to determine aircraft status and repair/replacement demands. Work closely with the customer on a daily basis and delegate tasks to multiple departments to ensure schedules are met. Monitor stock levels, adjust repair schedules, and develop future business orders to ensure business operations are not impeded by logistical shortfalls. Provide weekly production plans to fulfill orders of replacement parts in the field in a high pace environment. Monitor inventory budgets, and submit daily status reports to upper management.   As a Sr. Logistics Engineer, I currently work with the Stinger program updating the provisioning files based on changes in the engineering processes and development. Changes are concurred by reviewing engineering drawings, attending CCB meetings, and hardware configuration changes. Updated provisioning files are maintained with the EAGLE and PowerLOG programs in the GEIA-STD-0007 format. Held the position of Project Lead for the JSOW Sustainability program. Responsibilities include leading the engineering, transportation, supply chain, and maintenance teams in the repair process for JSOW repairable missiles. Worked closely with contracts to ensure all requirements were accomplished. Directed team leads through meetings, published schedules, and corresponding emails.
