  I was involved in the research and implementation of a new CRM system for the business. As a company we needed to improve our CRM platform and I worked closely with a Director to research CRM systems, assess their suitability and then finally coordinate the implementation into our company. I currently provide training and support to all new and existing staff members, focusing on core areas of the system and implementing change to improve the sales teams performances and efficiency. I manage the administrative duties of the CRM, ensuring data quality, coordinating marketing mail, emails and sms correspondence, manage any returned mail and work closely with the CRM provider regarding any improvements and enhancements to the system.
