  Lead Technical Business Analyst for the EMEA wide upgrade of the company ERP system. This project gave the company an opportunity to standardise its systems around the world and to reduce the amount of region specific modifications. To achieve this meant on-site visits to locations such as South Africa, Finland and Germany where process mapping, detailed user workshops, presentations and training took place.
