  I worked at Bluewire on a Shell Technology Enterprise Programme placement (www.step.org.uk).As the Government's National Plan for IT (NPfIT) was rolled out, I was responsible for lead generation for Bluewire's market leading Electronic Patient Records system. Following my successful placement at Bluewire I undertook small subsequent follow-on projects that included lead generation for a trade show in the Middle East and mentoring a new member of Bluewire's sales team.

  Following EPiServer's acquisition of eCommerce vendor Mediachase, I joined EPiServer to drive both the recruitment of digital marketing and eCommerce partners alongside positioning the EPiServer platform to clients in the UK.Clients included WeBuyAnyCar, Experian, Pizza Hut, Sky, Royal Society of Chemistry, NSPCC and Gatwick Airport.

  Cloudant was founded in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2008 by three MIT physicists who at the time were moving multi-petabyte data sets around from the Large Hadron Collider. Frustrated by the available tools for managing and analyzing Big Data in their research, the founders built a distributed, fault-tolerant, globally scalable data layer on top of Apache CouchDB.The service has grown since then. The team now manages and serves mobile and web app data on behalf of thousands of developers and hundreds of customers to their users around the world.Acquired by IBM in March 2014, I was sales employee number 1 in EMEA. I was responsible for bringing on nine new clients to Cloudant under IBM's ownership with a predominant focus on the Nordics, Benelux, SPGI (Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel) and Central and Eastern Europe.   My Customer Success journey began in 2015 as one of IBM's first CSMs outside of North America. I have gone on to design, hire, lead and re-structure multiple European and Global Customer Success and Services organisations as both a people manager and second line manager over the last 6 years.Teams were typically hired from the ground up and sized between 10 ‐ > 50+ people spanning multiple geographies and timezones. ARR coverage from $5M ‐ $50M+In 2018 I was promoted to a global business unit executive leadership role within IBM Security, where I had full responsibility for hiring, onboarding and leading a Global CSM and renewals team managing our Worldwide SaaS Threat Management Customers ($60M+ ARR budget).I finished at IBM running all post sales revenue ($50M+ ARR) for our Security Business Unit in the UK spanning software (both on‐premise and SaaS) and Services.
