      I ensured general running of the classroom, helped students with written tasks and successfully ran a skills table which helped many students of different abilities achieve tasks that were higher than their skill level in school. I also helped with stock management and placing orders, putting away deliveries and completing induction of new students. This was an amazing first job and certainly encouraged my training abilities in future roles as it established a strong love of teaching.
