      I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in neuropsychology. My therapy training focused on CBT and ERP with OCD, anxiety disorders, and depression. My training and emphasishas since expanded to incorporate EMDR, CBT-Insomnia, Inference-based CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as other 3rd wave evidence-based CBT approaches.
