      As a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard I have held a diverse collection of roles. I have acted as an RTO in a makeshift communications section, I have been a maintenance NCO, I have recently been the gunnery skills training NCOIC, and currently I am the culinary NCOIC. My approach to being an effective NCO is reflective of the NCO Creed. I intend to take care of those junior soldiers and my peers by placing their needs above my own.
