      Promoted from STPO, being an SPR was more like a Manager's Job.I was given all the information about the Placement Drives directly from the Career Services team and was required to carry out tasks such as :-Circulating forms-Filtering candidates based on company's eligibility criteria-Circulating information such as Date & Time, JD, Positions available etc. to the applicants-Managing a team of STPO's, assigning them tasks-Conducting the drive from the start till the end, while managing resources and finding solutions in a dynamically changing environment Show less One can consider this position as an Associate in a company, starting out at the bottom while learning the most.Being an STPO I was required to manage tasks on the ground level while conducting college placement drives.Tasks such as taking attendance, making sure everything's in order, documenting etc. were a part of my responsibilities as an STPO.This role helped me understand the importance of structure and process in an organisation while maintaining a professional attitude.
