  Worked in the Safe Drinking Water Program. Helped to implement the Lead and Copper Rule, Consumer Confidence Reports, and other regulations from EPA. Conducted the needs Survey in 1999. A member of the Area Wide Optimization Program (AWOP) and conducted numerous Comprehensive Performance Evaluations (CPE) in Louisiana. Answered questions from water systems and the public about EPA and Louisiana regulations for public water supplies.

  Since April of 2015, I began work in the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program. I manage construction projects for DWSRF. Review engineering reports along with plans and specifications. Conduct inspections of the project under construction. Work with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to fund projects.Before April 2015, I was a District Engineer for the Public Water Supply Engineering Section. I drafted enforcement documents, reviewed engineering reports, conducts investigations and inspections at public water supplies, provides technical assistance to public water supplies, answered questions about EPA and DEQ regulations from public water supplies and the public, etc...
