      In addition to my responsibilities as Associate Director for Student Accessibility, I serve as co-director of the office, maintaining its operations and guiding our team. I serve as Assistant Director of the university's Disability Resources office. In my role, I oversee Case Management, supervising full time staff in this role and overseeing the process by which students receive support and academic accommodations. I also coordinate Assistive Technology and Alternative Format Materials for our office, as well as taking a leadership role in assessment, direct support for students, and our office's academic coaching program. I am a case manager working in VCU's office of Student Accessibility and Educational Opportunity (SAEO). I work with the university to ensure students with disabilities have access to necessary academic accommodations. I work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities at the college level to develop on-the-job skills and job acquisition skills, enabling them to successfully develop and maintain careers.
