It goes beyond the presenting issues to uncover the real ones. To that end, I will continue to have a focus on field service, both in terms of opportunities but how our customers may use Salesforce's Field Service Lightning product to improve the field service operations of our customers. It is a strategy-level engagement that yields the most success. In addition to my work to support sales teams and our customers throughout the sales cycle, I also am supporting the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) industry, working with payers, providers, and medical device companies.
