  Informatics Festival is a major annual project held by the informatics engineering student association consisting of 4 activities, namely I2C, Hackathon, Blood Donation, National Seminar, WDC. However, IFest #9 was held online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.As Secretary, I am responsible for coordinating, handling, and managing projects in terms of administration, finance, and licensing. Such as making proposals, financial and event plans and room permits and every guest, lecturer involved. The details of the work I do are:- Coordinate all event committees in terms of administration and committee work procedures and be responsible to the chairperson in accordance with the Covid-19 pandemic situation.- Create and manage licensing letters, invitation letters, and proposals to lecturers, media partners, and event judges- Assist the chairman in determining agenda policies and regulations, determining meeting schedules, and recording matters discussed at meetings- Search for and manage the recruitment process for prospective IFest event committee members who meet the criteria and needs of the event.- Successfully worked on 5 event project proposals and more than 70 letters with an emphasis on detail, accuracy, and clear project management.   The 'FTI Initiation' activity is a PKKMB activity of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University at the Faculty of Industrial Technology which consists of the Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, and Informatics Engineering Study Programs. This PKKMB activity was carried out for 3 days online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In order for this PKKMB activity to be carried out properly, there is a committee that organizes a series of events from before the event is held until it is finished. And I am responsible as the secretary who is part of the Daily Management division- Organize and manage permits, invitations, event proposals, and accountability reports- Assist the committee chairman in coordinating all event implementation in terms of administration, committee work procedures, and event initiation plans- Conduct selection of candidates who will become additional committee members in the event by conducting tests, interviews and other recruitment stages- Supervise the course of the event and minimize violations committed by initiation participants- Coordinate and communicate with all fields formed, university supervisors regarding work progress so that the event runs according to plan Show less

This journal aims to be a forum for lecturers, students, and researchers to publish their latest findings. JBI holds strict academic regulatory standards to ensure that every published article meets high quality and scientific criteria.As a Student Staff at JBI, my role is to ensure the smooth running of the editorial process, from checking to publication of articles, as well as coordinating with internal parties (lecturers and authors) and external reviewers.
