  Service Coordinator for the Caregiver Support Program. Provided case management to older adults and their family caregivers. Worked closely with caregivers assisting their loved ones to provide emotional support, education, resources, and allocation of funds for respite care and financial relief. This role allowed me to work closely with a vastly diverse caseload of families which was an amazing learning experience. This role allowed me to connect with and assist families to ensure they could maintain their older adult loved ones in the community safely. Through assessing the client and caregiver services like home health aides, adult daycare, home delivered meals, and safety equipment for the home were provided through this program. I also supported the department with training of new staff and student interns. This position allowed me to connect with families and learn from them in a multitude of ways.   Program Coordinator for the Graduate School of Nursing Family and Community Health. Manage a variety of Program related evaluation processes working in collaboration with the Primary Care Progam Director and track leadership. Maintain essential program records in accordance with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education in preparation for site visits/virtual audits. Support the Department Administrator with financial processes for the program including purchase order payments for the Primary Care Program. Manage grant/donor funding usage for the Primary Care Program including tracking, documentation, and financial processing for funds to benefit students. Work with faculty to support them with student and temporary job requisitions and pre hire functions. Support the Department Administrator with staffing requests for graduate programs through the contract database system. Utilization of the Concur financial system to help reimburse faculty and students for approved purchases. Familiar with the interview process and support the hiring committee with resume review and the interview process as needed for new administrative positions. Provide support with on boarding and training of new administrative staff. I am a professional that enjoys supporting faculty and students to bring a caring workforce of nurses into our community to serve others.
