  At Florida International University's Mastery Math Lab, Learning Assistants, have the responsibility to aid students both in class as well as in the lab with any topic related to their assignments or exams. There are weekly meetings in which we review for the next week and work together as a team to provide the best tutoring services to the students in the classes. The main duties were re-shelving, maintenance, as well as processing of Reference area collections, including shifting collections. I would assist in the maintenance of Reference and Juvenile area and classroom computers to ensure connectivity and cleanliness, as well as provide assistance and support in the preparation and during library instruction sessions.

  Talent Management Intern

  10 week remote Summer program in which assistance was provided to the Talent Management team. Collaborative efforts included assistance with Talent Management internal SharePoint site reorganization project, as well as internal Talent Management Resource Hub. Aided in the administration of learning programs, including live scheduled training sessions, evaluating program effectiveness, and serving as a new perspective. Supported various projects across other HR COEs, including research, data gathering, documentation, and presentation preparation including early careers and Kemper Scholars programs. Creation of comprehensive report of tasks done and skills learned throughout the 10 week program. Show less
