Upon my repatriation to the U.S. in 2014, I accepted this assignment to improve how TTEC provides HR service, remedy the service level and improve the group's reputation among our employees and leadership. - Directed centers of excellence in Manila, Mexico City and Sofia, Bulgaria - delivering service to 15 countries.- Launched internal NPS for our shared service team in April 2015; improved NPS result from -8 at launch to over +50 by June 2016 by removing barriers, simplifying processes and ensuring each employee interaction is treated as an opportunity to create an advocate.
