  The main responsibilities were: planning of educational projects, implementation and evaluation. Especially, search and recruitment of local directors and teaching staff and organization of the adult education centres (premises, creation of instructive material, equipment, and other materials). In addition, the position also included the coordination and administrative duties and the educational level as animator in pedagogic seminars for teacher training, organized in small teams for cooperative learning. The main axes of occupation were: • Determining objectives and Projects’ Planning• Administration and Funding • Implementation and Evaluation • Recruitment and Pedagogical training of teachers • Chairman of meetings. There were 10 Local directors, about 150 part-time teachers with about 2500 participants.In this institution I was responsible for the organization and operation of the Adult Education in the entire region of Arcadia, in southern Greece. There was also an administrative council in place that was responsible for general decision making. All projects were co-financed by the European Union, and the European spirit was always present. My work experience was global and it concerned the whole cycle from the organization and the administration to the financing and the evaluation of the activities. Show less
