  Sensor Protection Technology Program Office (SPTPO) of the Sensors and Electromagnetic Applications Laboratory (SEAL)Mr Yun’s technical skills are mechanical engineering and system integration. His knowledge in both RF and electronics systems allow him to translate the needs from each subsystems in order to integrate prototypes. Mr Yun has experience in executing field tests for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (Sig Int) systems from ground, underwater, and air based systems. Mr. Yun's recent responsibilities have been serving as as task lead in multiple EW and Sig Int prototypes and test lead for sensor vulnerability assessments. Show less Create mechanical designs of mounting structures and enclosures for electronic systems. Designed an Electronic Warfare (EW) pod power converter. Developed a custom enclosure for an RF signal conditioning board, modeled in 3D to verify fitment. Modified an existing Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna bracket to align the antenna with the flight axis of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).   Team Principal/Design Lead

  Lead the team through the 2012 competition season. Led a team of 120 members through 5 division heads to compete in the Formula SAE Michigan event, an international engineering design event. Tasked with rebuilding the team after prior suspension from campus before my involvement. Organized recruitment, obtained sponsors, and restructured the team to create a professional and sustainable program. Other responsibilities included team wide project management, public relations, and budget management.Led a team of 55 members through 6 sub team leaders in the design, fabrication, and assembly of the 2012 racecar. Managed the 2012 cars fabrication schedule and personnel allocation. Technical responsibilities included designing suspension geometry, validating and optimizing designs through FEA and CFD, overseeing fabrication operations, ensuring quality control, leading the assembly, and analyzing track data.
