  As a Business Analyst in the Commercial Division of Engro Fertilizers Limited, my primary responsibility was to provide support for the Engro Humsafar application, including daily reporting, troubleshooting errors, and coordination with additional technical teams such as vendors and ICT. I worked closely with project and development teams to ensure timely rectification of bugs, and provided timely and appropriate communication to business owners, stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolution.In addition, I was responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of new Engro Humsafar features by performing User Acceptance Testing of Commercial Applications, as well as managing the Engro Humsafar admin portal. I conducted a quarterly quality check of all Humsafar active IDs with reference to the business-wise manning list, reviewed the business outlook files at the month start, and collaborated with the SAP SD team at Commercial Excellence for SAP-enabled new products. I also ensured the smooth execution of Application Functionality by updating 100% active WHI email data in Engro Humsafar at the month start.Moreover, I collaborated with the ICT Applications Team and Finance Team to activate banks with Engro Humsafar for Internet Banking. As a Business Analyst, I was also responsible for creating video tutorials and user guides for Engro Humsafar application and assisted in gamification, proposing interactive scorecard designs, weekly reporting of scores using authentic data sources, and ensuring the correctness of data provided.With my strong communication and management skills, data analytics and visualization expertise, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, I was able to fulfill my duties effectively and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
