  Oversee the production and completion of all HUD Property Condition Needs Assessments (PCNA) and Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) reports to ensure on time delivery to our clients. Requires a strong understanding of HUD requirements and accessibility regulations (Americans with Disabilities (ADA), Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS)).
