This included a whole of organisational review, review of regulatory functions, enabling management strategies and industrial relations advice to the Executive.

  Director Workforce Policy and Advice

  Acted as chief advocate for the NSW government in the NSW wages negotiations and leading the sector on workforce policy and performance. Achievements included implementation of a significant shift in wages policy and the establishment of a cabinet process to manage its ongoing implementation.

  Director Industrial Relations Strategy

  Worked closely with the Director General to assist in the implementation of the Keep Them Safe policy reforms to child protection and leadership of the efficiency program which successfully delivered on multi million dollar savings targets.
