Ik zorg ervoor dat de programma's – van onboarding tot uitvoering – staan als een huis en echte verandering brengen. Samen met de New Female Leaders executive coaches bouwen we aan een nieuwe definitie voor leiderschap: authentiek, verbindend en toekomstgericht. Daarnaast ontwikkel ik online trainingen zoals SpeakOut!, breng ik als Head of Community onze community tot leven met events voor "The House". Hiermee versterk ik een netwerk van vrouwelijke leiders die elkaar écht verder helpen. Show less
