The centre is a joint Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Victoria Police initiative established in March 2018 to assess and manage threats posed by lone individuals. Key Achievements:· Coordinated the successful implementation of project including initiating, planning and executing all associated deliverables in accordance with organisational frameworks, project management methodologies and reporting control· Established strong networks with key stakeholders and clients - actively promoted timely communication, training and managed expectations and outcomes· Established new processes for generating referrals to the Centre from a range of stakeholders, including public office holders, police and mental health practitioners.       I was responsible for the provision of policy, procedure, project analysis, process improvements and advice to the police minister and the Department's senior executive on a range of issues; including police efficiencies, community safety and other policing related matters. This includes co-designing efficiencies in the justice system, intersections with other service providers and enhancing the delivery of the Government's priorities.Key achievements:· Provided strategic advice and direction to deliver a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement for Victoria Police in negotiation with The Police Association and in accordance with Victorian Wages Policy 2019, including development of negotiating positions, performance framework and productivity and cash offsets.· Developed and implemented a ‘sticker scheme’ for specific critical workforces, to contribute to the enforcement response to COVID-19 in Victoria. · Developed strategic road maps, proposals and associated business cases; including strategies to deliver a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and Financial Sustainability for Victoria Police as well as the annual Community Safety Statement.· Developed legislative amendments to enable outcomes of the EBA negotiations.       I was responsible for leading a high performing team to deliver critical reforms across the emergency management sector in collaboration with key stakeholders including emergency service organisations and government departments and entities.Key achievements:· Ensured successful delivery of the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA) Capability and Service Review which required managing an internal team, two external consultants and a range of executive stakeholders, each with competing priorities. · Developed and delivered the Minister's Year 2‐5 Fire Services Reform Implementation Plan within a short five-month timeframe. This relied on endorsement of actions by Fire Rescue Victoria and the Country Fire Authority. · Established a Workforce and Culture Steering Committee with CEO representation across volunteer emergency service organisations and successful delivery of its agreed 2022 work plan.· Represented the Sector Investment, Performance and Reform Branch on the EMV Culture Working Group, responsible for delivery of an action plan to ensure a positive workplace culture for staff.
