Engineering services and products are to be delivered within the:• Engineering Management System framework established, approved and maintained by the ARH Chief Engineer;• resources allocated by the ARH Program Director to Director ARH In Service (IS) and onto ARH EM for ARH TLS engineering deliverables; and• delivery scope, schedule and quality specified by the ARH Program Manager and the ARH Through Life Support (TLS) Contract. The ARH EM has an important management and planning role within the ARH Program, and works closely, and in a coordinated and complementary manner, with the ARH ILSM, ARH Chief Engineer and Director ARH IS.
