My responsibilities included training, coaching, and mentoring agents as well as holding them accountable to client metrics and Convergys' standards.June 2013 - Licensed Health and Life insurance agent managing a team of 80 plus licensed sales agents and health plan advisers. Responsible for meeting retention, sales goals and other performance metrics related to client project. We successfully launched the ACA open enrollment retention and telesales project for one of the largest health insurance carriers in the country.January 2012 - Previously managed Comcast Cable client project. Developed reporting and metrics for client and Convergys for implementation of successful new line of business.
