  Starting with my new position in GWP as Project manager i had a lot of new projects on going witch include as rehabilitation projects on existing HPP, also execution new ones which ares Saguramo HPP, Bodorna HPP and Saguramo 110/6 substation. Saguramo HPPDuring project i had experience to go through all steps from pre-feasibility to commissioning of units. Saguramo HPP installed capacity is 4.4 MW (2 Francis type of turbine) with the average annual generation of 25-30 million kWh. I had chance to work with companies like STUCKY Caucasia LTD and Andritz Hydro. Stucky company have done pre-feasibility and supervision during constraction works. I had close touch with stucky during construction by preparing daily reports for them. Andritz Hydro was supplying Hydro Mechanical and electrical equipment for HPP. at that time i also were communicating with Andritz project manager and making technical decisions. When contraction was finished and equipment was delivered to site i joined in installation works with Andritz supervisions till the commissioning what was successfully done.Bodorna HPPBodorna HPP installed capacity is 2.5 MW (one Kaplan type of pit-turbine) with the average annual generation of 15-17 million kWh. i was included in project as project manager and have opportunity to go through all steps what included to have all permissions starting from environmental permit to have generation license. Foreign companies such as Fichtner, Stucky and Gugler hydro was taking part in this project. Pre-feasibility and feasibility was done by Fichtner, construction supervision - by Stucky and Hydro Mechanical and electrical equipment was delivered by Gugler Hydro. During construction i was preparing and had weekly minutes of meeting with stucky and design company to make various technical decisions and have solution with Gugler hydro convention. In period of installation works i was working with Gugler Hydro team and commissioned HPP successfully. The company provides high quality service to the population of Tbilisi, as well as to state organizations, industrial and commercial objects. GWP generates power by Zhinvali and Tetrikhevi Hydro plants. Generated power is sufficient not only for in-house use but for its realization as well. Both hydro stations are included in a Georgian unified system. I had opportunity to be included in this processes.Tetrikhevi HPP - I had experience of being one of the team members of operation team on tetrikhevi HPP. I was included daily task what were done on site, checking and measuring electrical and mechanical equipment. also had opportunity to be a part of the works of rehabilitation one of the units on HPP. Repair team changed shaftline and had done alignment works were i was included in both like in mechanical works also in alignment of unit.Zhinvali HPP - I was transferred to bigger HPP for more experience and have opportunity to be part of repair team Zhinvali HPP. we had to control and make maintenance works of 4 units - each with 30MW.also had chance to have been included in repair works one of the units, where was done to changing cooling system with new equipment.
