  After visiting home for the first time in 2020, I was unfortunately unable to return to my role in Australia due to unforeseen International travel restrictions. Since then, I have returned to building Solar Plants stateside. To date in 2021, I have operated as a Field Superintendent for Signal Energy on 4 different Solar projects totaling nearly 900 MW of plant installation. Responsibilities on these projects include but are not limited to: Subcontracts management, field supervision of labor, progress and milestone tracking and reporting, and project coordination and execution.   My first project manager role consisted of the remediation and reactivation of projects damaged post-construction by what some professionally refer to as various "acts of god". During my 1.5 yr tenure at SOLV, my teams and I re-energized over 500MW of solar production across 3 different projects. In April of 2023, my project team was awarded the SOLV Quality award; 1 of 4 Annual Recognition Awards given out company wide by the Corporate Executive Team. The award is meant to reconize an individual or team with the most outstanding project in regards to Quality Assurance, Document Control, and Customer Satisfaction. These principles in addition to thourough contract managment, teamwork, and budget / schedule control, allowed our team to accomplish a significant net profit as compared to original estimates from the preconstruction process of each project.
