      Manages day to day activities in a laboratory supporting the sustainment and integration of Handheld Small-form fit (HMS) radios. Coordinates and executes testing for Risk Reduction and Risk Mitigation events. Developed informal test methods to enable early software assessments and provide detailed reports illustrating software performance and maturity prior to entering a record tests. Performed analysis of software baselines and assessed their performance utilizing the Soldier Radio Waveform (SRW), Single Channel Ground Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), and the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) waveform. Provided technical support and subject matter expertise for the configuration and operation of the HMS radios prior to and during developmental testing and field experiment exercises such as Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) events.
