  Thoroughly, as a Product Management Intern at ICICI Bank Limited, I studied the models used by nine different banks to analyze the credit linkage process for Self Help Groups (SHGs), which helped me identify three types of models that are being used. Furthermore, I identified and assessed 12 different attributes to determine the features that an SHG's product must have. Additionally, through extensive primary interactions in the state of Maharashtra, spread across five districts, I engaged with 830 women from 79 SHGs, 13 intermediaries, and nine financial institutions, resulting in uncovering three product variants that were on the market.
