  ● I am the Executive Primary Headteacher of 3 schools (around 400 pupils) with direct responsibility for 2 of them within BIS Moscow● Leading and developing over 60 members of staff: around 30 international teachers and 30 local teachers● Led the schools through successful completion of UK DfE British Schools Overseas accreditation – ‘outstanding’ for every category● Whole school lead (primary and secondary) for school improvement – I chair the primary and secondary schools’ management meetings and provide strategic direction● Responsible for the provision of an excellent standard of education, based on the English NC, to international pupils aged 3-11 from over 35 different countries● Leading teaching and learning throughout schools – implementing and embedding routines and procedures and giving clear direction regarding school expectations● Development of pastoral and co-curricular areas – appointing leads for these areas and ensuring provision is of an excellent standard● Ensuring education is of very good quality by monitoring, supporting staff where needed and reviewing performance● Writing of SEF and SIP/SDP and ensuring implementation of it● Ensuring all staff receive ongoing professional development ● Developing the Senior Management Team – improving the distribution of leadership● Performance management of staff● Recruitment of staff: international and local teachers● Responsible for admissions process for pupils and maintaining excellent relationships with parentsMajor Achievements:● Achieved British Overseas Schools Status - Outstanding in every category.
