  Managed the online help and related documents for BQE’s project management applications (i.e., upgrade, conversion and getting started guides).* Upon my hiring, I reformatted and restructured the online help for one of the company’s flagship products, which had been previously outsourced, in less than three months–meeting my deadline with little supervision or product training. I used all available resources (e.g., product videos, existing documentation, and tech support) to update and make the content more accurate.* Helped in the relaunch of the company’s blog as it moved to from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress-based blog. I had significant input in determining the blog’s layout and the style and tone of the its content.
