Achieved goal of detecting the 1st deployment of a national adversaries advanced threat system. • Project manager on 1 year of data for an oil field analysis study, leading a 12 member team. Confirmed enemy tactics and greenlit 3 air strikes and eradicating ISIS number 1 funding source. • Program manager for the organization’s talent discovery initiative. Identified 8 candidates to attend advanced computer programming courses. The members contributions in their new roles saved the Center over $400K in contracting costs and developed 3 new tool sets for the intelligence enterprise. • Managed 37K man-hour communications and computer study on ISIS. Managed 168 national requirements and oversaw the exploitation of 200K images over a three month period. The team’s findings resulted in 6 terror communications cells being eradicated and the recovery of 9 weapon caches and 16 bomb making factories being destroyed. • Steered Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation of Intelligence Communities largest sensor data sharing model. Levied 20 analysts, satisfied 13 national requirements and earned the Air Forces General John P. Jumper Enlisted member of the Year!• Scrum Master for a joint Intelligence center project. Acquired 3 SMEs as revolving product owners and solved a year long sensitive intelligence problem. Led to the discovery of an adversaries newest R&D program and my selection as the Air Force’s Supervisor of the Year over 450 candidates.• Selected to lead the Squadron’s stand up of a new sensitive data exploitation work center. Led evaluation of 4 software tools, selecting 2 for real world operations and defined requirements for the duty positions within the new work center.
