  ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES :• Worked on debit card disputes of Bank of Baroda customers, handling charge back/dispute which include preparing chargeback MIS • Analyzed EJ for errors whether the transaction is successful or unsuccessful and processing representment for successful transactions and if the transaction is unsuccessful processing COC(Credit on charge back) • Following take up with vendor/acquirer bank for important documents i.e. EJ Log copy, switch report, no excess cash certificate, MBR reports, CCTV footages etc. • Worked on suspected transaction in switch and process proactive credit to customer account to avoid penalty• Handling charge back, pre-arb, arbitration, BO cases/consumer cases• Closure process of customer disputes in NPCI DMS & DCRS(BOB system portal).
