      Founder

TSP provides tools to improve and streamline recruitment, selection and development using online teaching simulations. The work is based on over 10 years of research and is focused on:*Developing selection programmes for teacher training organisations and national education systems. Methods include situational judgment tests (SJTs) and multiple mini-interviews (MMIs) that are empirically linked with teacher effectiveness.*Building teacher development interventions using interactive, online 'scenario-based learning' (SBL) methods. These classroom simulations give trainees the chance to ‘think like a teacher’ and to receive real-time feedback from experienced teachers. Research shows that SBL interventions significantly increase trainees' confidence and 'classroom readiness' Show less
