My job profile included Recruiting, Production Planning, Establishing Process Parameters, Trouble Shooting, Quality Control, Development of New Products by designing Polymer Combination, Complaint Handling, Raw Material Selection and Approval, Budgeting, Costing, Extruder Screw configuration design, Testing of Polymers and Maintenance  Identified the equipment and established the specifications of the complete equipment including designing the screw configuration for the product range. Developed several grades also from scrap recycling to make high performance polymers. As a site head was looking after all the functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts, Excise, Sales Tax, Purchase, Customs & Imports, Stores and Administrations. Sharda Motor Industries Ltd is present manufacturing products like Automotive Exhaust, Complete Seating systems including Polyurethane moulding, Seat Trims, Seat Frames; Complete Suspension system, Axles Assemblies, Fuel Tanks and Air conditioner bodies and pipes for the White Goods Industries. Located at the Corporate Office at New Delhi.• Direct Responsible for the complete working and P&L of the 5 plants involving the Seat Trim and Seat Frame vertical- a new vertical created to encompass the business together. Managed the business increase from 112 crores in this vertical to 300 crores in 2 years. Also incorporated process and streamlined operations increasing the output within the same premises with the same machinery.• Responsible for 13 plants in terms of Manufacturing Excellence. This involves improvement activity, New Projects, New Business development, trouble shooting in any area, establishing processes, monitoring the various activities including the P&L and creating review mechnisms, and driving new systems in the organization. My role also encompasses policy making at the HO level for all the plants pan India related to operations.• Responsible for all the Business Development (Marketing) activities in National and International business. My role also encompasses the TA or JV establishments of new products / new ventures with foreign collaborators.
