  Agile Product Area Technical Lead (PATL) for Agile Core Teams (ACT) Primary Responsibilities:- Oversight of 5 ACTs with combined business case funding of $8M, and on-shore oversight of Catalyst application.- Collaborate with Product Owners and GTS/AI&D development teams on roadmaps, requirements review and refinement, timelines, escalations, and prioritizing work for program deliveries. Facilitate joint team/partner meetings to remove impediments and resolve open issues.- Review Product Roadmaps for delivery for each ACT by quarter and sprint, validate completed deliverables to Roadmap for completeness, and monitor velocity and say-do ratios to measure program health.- Review and authorize change controls with each Enterprise Release and Emer/AMR- Manage ACT deliverables through curated JIRA Dashboards, JQL Issue Filters, and various Reports- Manage employee and vendor ACT assigned resources, validate participation and contributions to the programs via Daily Touch Point (DTP) attendance and monthly review of time charging reports. Perform optimization studies to measure team utilization with each sprint.- Financial/Budget Analysis - review and manage the financial capital and operational spend and run-rates to ensure that ACT's are within budget. Adjust resourcing as needed, and allocate funding to additional programs as needed. - Vendor management - Overseeing 60+ resources across core teams, working with contracting firms on budgeting, resourcing, and allocation. Quarterly review and approve/deny vendor invoicing based on deliverables through Fieldglass- Encourage through example and execution personal growth opportunities and available training to the team, to ensure awareness and opportunities.
