I am delighted to bring together over twenty years of experience in teaching and healing therapeutics to support us in living well. We offer exceptional yoga teacher training and professional development on the Isle of Wight. Our courses include a 300hr TTC, SUP yoga teacher training, the Business of Yoga and an apprenticeship scheme. Personal development courses are available to support women during peri-menopause, menopause and beyond, and there is a Crisis to Coping course for folk who want support in getting their lives back from unhelpful or harmful behaviour and habits.
