The application, intended to assist frontline healthcare workers and junior physicians, was structured to simplify diagnosis while supporting clinical decision-making. I utilized patient symptomology to automate referrals and facilitate further investigations through a Multi-Criteria Decision Model.In my role, I introduced advanced symptom analysis algorithms and backend development solutions to enhance the system's functionality. I re-engineered the app’s data architecture to process and analyze symptomatic data, enabling the prediction of diseases and the recommendation of treatment protocols using Machine Learning models. I employed TensorFlow and scikit-learn for predictive modelling and symptom clustering analysis, leveraging their capabilities to enhance the app’s diagnostic accuracy, while Node.js was utilized for backend development. These models were carefully developed to account for the complexity of febrile disease symptoms in the local context.I conducted a testing phase with over 100 frontline healthcare workers, where I collated 20,000 real-world data points.
