  • Interpretation of Radiographs Films as per Applicable code and project specifications.• Perform Radiography of Different H.P.Piping .Boiler Tubes. LPG Boozer Bullets Plates.• Performed Dye penetrate Testing (Visible / Fluorescent).Performed Magnetic Particle Testing (AC/DC Yoke & Permanent Magnet Yoke) Performed Radiography Testing (Execution and Interpretation with using Radioactive Source ( IR-192). • Hand over of Radiographic Films to Client as per Contract. • Report writing and record keeping of all NDT works. • Follow up of NDT (RT,PT, MPT,etc).• Coordinating with Third party Inspection agency for NDT inspection like RT,PT,MPT, etc.• Preparation of Inspection reports and submission to Client.• Supervision of Post Weld Heat Treatment &Reports Updating. • Interpretation of PWHT graphs and reports.• Maintaining of all record keeping of heat treatment and hardness of weld Joint. • Hardness Inspection of welds joints of heavy wall thickness of pipelines After heat treatment.• Inspection during Shop Fabrication and Site Installation of Welding of pipelines as per the Required Code. • Surface Preparation Inspection before Painting .Witnessing Holiday Test . • Thickness Monitoring (Parametric, DMS, DM-2 & Premier IS thickness (Meters).• Quality Control Inspection (According to Code and standards & Client(Specification).• Follow the PTW system during hot and cold job working. • Welding consumables identity, Visual, Pre-weld and In-process welding inspection. • Follow the QHSE policy as well during welding job. • Inspection of Incoming Materials Visual Inspection of welding. • Issuance of non-conformance reports (NCR) and action for timely closing.• Raising NCR’S and follows up for corrective actions. • Review and Approval of concession requests Show less
