      When I arrived at HPE on this account, there was no Portfolio Management Office.I developed from scratch methods to forecast, track and realise revenue and cost for projects on the account, at a granular level that stands up to scrutiny. I took the project management team on the journey of having no substance to our limited documentation towards a robust and well defined set of project artefacts. I made them see the benefit and therefore positively anticipate the release of new project artefacts that will make their projects easier to run. I taught several new project management coordinator staff the ropes of working in a PMO, and enjoyed the reward of their faces when they "got" something I'd been teaching them. Show less
