  Managing the development of consumer electronics by coordinating with the Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations departments. I developed schedules, coordinated resources, reported on progress, developed progress reports, and created Bills of Materials and other project documentation. I had three main types of projects: software development, complete products (including mechanical, software, hardware, and packaging), and facility maintenance of the Alpharetta facility.My specialties within the company were handling projects with partner companies, managing teams with conflicting personalities, and implementing new processes and tools.Major accomplishments: -I helped the Engineering group research and adopt the Agile Scrum method of project management for software projects. I was one of three team members sent for training on the method and I became the lead voice for how the Humminbird brand might adopt this method and what the value would be to the organization. -I worked with a partner Program Manager to develop a Microsoft Project template to track resources and schedules for projects across the Engineering department.
