  Final Product Inspection & Testing • Perform final inspection of completed electrical harnesses and cable assemblies to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9100). • Conduct visual, mechanical, and electrical testing, including continuity and insulation resistance tests, using tools such as: • Micrometer • Measuring tape • MK Tester F1500/D1500 • Multimeter • Insulation testerVerification of Assembly Quality • Verify labeling, component orientation, torque application, sealing, and routing in accordance with engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. • Create and verify Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for finished goods prior to shipment.Non-Conformance & Problem Resolution • Identify and document non-conformances; initiate and support resolution processes through NCRs and corrective actions. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting final product quality and readiness.Documentation & Traceability • Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation to ensure full traceability and compliance with audit requirements. • Ensure all final inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated, functional, and maintained.Audit & Compliance Support • Support internal and external (customer) audits by presenting inspection records, test results, calibration data, and product documentation.
