Team members who implemented communication strategy saw a 2% increase in successful customer experiences with financial appeals resulting in more customers enrolling in courses. Participated in a pilot that resulted in a change in a 10% increase in individual contributor availability to customers via phone. Mentor new members of the team by providing critical feedback on best practices and providing data-informed recommendations. New team members successfully applied strategy and supported 115 customers in their first two months. Used high level call data to provide recommendations for customer outreach strategy.
