  Analyzed Voice of Customer data that resulted in a positive change in strategy for 27 team members in customer relations. Led multi-state team in critical thinking exercises by creating collaborative discourse on strategy resulting in 3% more positive Voice of Customer surveys between Q1 and Q4. Evaluated gaps in communication on the team in regarding customer experiences and financial appeals. Team members who implemented communication strategy saw a 2% increase in successful customer experiences with financial appeals resulting in more customers enrolling in courses. Participated in a pilot that resulted in a change in a 10% increase in individual contributor availability to customers via phone. Mentor new members of the team by providing critical feedback on best practices and providing data-informed recommendations.
