With its new name, logo and concept, KOMATIVE 2021 gains 200+ followers on Instagram, produces 19 new podcast episodes, and 29 creative posts about unique facts, photography works, recommendations for interesting cafes, and exclusive interviews with several sources related to the creative industry for 1 years of management period which later made KOMATIVE HMTI the community most often invited to collaborate by the committee or internal community at Telkom University Industrial Engineering and Logistic Engineering.Here are the job description of my position:1. Responsible for drafting the podcast concept, setting the schedule for taping, and contacting 5 external parties who will collaborate on podcast.2. Created all matters relating to script, terms of reference, and memorandum of understanding.3. Managed the social media and successfully gains 200+ followers on Instagram.4. Created 10 captions for the latest podcast episodes on Instagram, Line, and Spotify.5. Produced a minimum of 2 episodes per month and successfully produced 19 podcast episodes for 1 period.6.
