  The Secretary general of the association:- takes care of the internal organization of the association- takes care of the monitoring and execution of the decisions, attitudes and conclusions of the bodies of the association- prepares the sessions of the bodies of the association- participates in building the policy of the association- takes care of personnel issues- takes care of the financial operations Responsible for managing Skopje office, writing and coordinating all ATA Macedonia projects, HR, editor for various domestic and international publications, fundraising and etc. Responsible for the communication with the ATA Secretariat (based in Brussels), other 37 ATA national chapters throughout North America, Europe and the Caucasus and also with the Ministry of Defence, NATO PDD, NATO SPS, GLOBSEC and many other partners/organizations.
