  My primary skillset in this role was to stabilize the VMWare horizon VDI infrastructure, which was in dire straits of support as a SIP (systematic improvement plan) was enforced by the customer . Built a team structure, implemented a slew of measures, upgraded the environment to the latest version of code and a lot more measures were undertaken to stabilize and modernize the infrastructure. The VDI responsibility was in addition to being the technical integration leader for the entire virtualization environment and active directory. Show less
