      I lead people projects and related cross-functional teams whose work is essential to Apple’s successful global expansion. My role spans managing multiple human resource workstreams, with a focus on team execution of strategies related to HR systems, compensation, recruitment, and training. In this role, I lead multiple international projects simultaneously with limited oversight — yet with a mission to drive the formation of an employee experience which is culturally relevant and consistent with Apple’s core values.Responsibilities include:• Leading teams through the project lifecycle — from kick-off to knowledge transfer, recruiting, training, and post-project review• Leading project resources, developing plans, identifying milestones, and conducting meetings• Managing overall activities, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to drive timely and effective project completion• Developing and fostering positive relationships and working collaboratively across teams to drive results and proactively seek issue resolution• Developing effective communication strategies to keep relevant teams and leaders informed of progress and challenges• Navigating and executing in an environment of ambiguity and constant change• Contracting with line-of-business leadership on roles and responsibilities• Defining, aligning, and executing project management, recruiting, and training tasks as needed to accommodate an evolving portfolio Apple’s global expansion project work Show less I analysed training needs for new and new-to-role employees and implement learning solutions that set them up for success. My focus included retail expansion, first-in-country Apple entities, new contact centres, and new data centres. I organised people, processes, and resources to accomplish training solutions and within budget. I provided guidance, resources, and feedback to foster healthy learning environments in our stores.
